Confirm the product and destination
Provide the Amazon destination, product category, shipment plan and the party responsible for the final handover.
FBA preparation and handover
Labels, cartons, bundling, pallets and the final handover should be confirmed before a supplier dispatches cargo. FBA preparation is not assumed from a freight request alone.
Preparation checklist
Provide the Amazon destination, product category, shipment plan and the party responsible for the final handover.
Provide the current labels, carton rules, bundle requirements, pallet instructions and any appointment information that applies to the shipment.
Confirm carton count, dimensions, gross weight, packaging condition and cargo-ready date before goods leave the supplier.
Declare batteries, liquids, magnets, restricted products and branded goods so eligibility, documentation and route availability can be reviewed.
Scope before handling
This distinction prevents a label or pallet request from being mistaken for a full logistics, customs or marketplace commitment.
Labelling, bundling, repacking, carton checks, palletising and inspection can be considered once the physical handling request is clear.
Amazon requirements can change. The destination, labels, carton rules, appointment process and handover party must be accepted before cargo is sent.
FBA preparation does not automatically confirm cargo eligibility, export scope, customs responsibility or the final freight route.
Handover record
The evidence requested depends on the shipment, but confirming it before handling makes approvals and exceptions easier to review later.
FBA preparation FAQ
Only after the supplier, cargo, receiving location, delivery instructions and handling scope have been confirmed. Do not direct suppliers to send cargo based on a generic website instruction.
The account holder should provide the current labels and shipment requirements unless a separate written scope says otherwise. This page does not authorise YunLink to access a seller account or create a shipment plan.
Palletising depends on the destination requirements, carton condition, shipment type, available service location and written handling scope. Confirm it for the individual shipment.
No assumption should be made. Customs, importer of record, duties and taxes depend on the Incoterm, product, route and destination. They must be stated in the written quote.
