Multi-supplier consolidation
We review whether receiving and consolidation can be arranged for your suppliers, cargo and route before you ship goods to a China-side location.
Freight forwarding & consolidation
Already have suppliers? Share the pickup city, cargo type, dimensions and destination. We compare the available receiving, consolidation, documentation and shipping options for the confirmed request.

What we coordinate
We review whether receiving and consolidation can be arranged for your suppliers, cargo and route before you ship goods to a China-side location.
Available modes, rate basis, carrier handling and estimated transit ranges are compared for the confirmed route and cargo.
Repacking, labels and packing-list work are specified only after the channel and physical handling requirements are confirmed.
Required commercial and export documents depend on product, Incoterm and route. Responsibilities are confirmed before booking.
Any storage, receiving window or consolidation period is subject to a confirmed service location and written scope.
The agreed booking process identifies the contact, documents and milestones for your shipment; tracking availability varies by mode.
Compare options
| Mode | Typical door-to-door | Best for | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Express courier | Route-specific estimate | Samples, urgent restocks, under ~100kg | Highest cost per kg |
| Air freight | Route-specific estimate | Time-sensitive stock, 100–500kg | Fuel surcharges in peak season |
| Sea LCL | Route-specific estimate | Margin-sensitive goods under a full container | Port handling fees add up on small volumes |
| Sea FCL | Route-specific estimate | Full 20ft/40ft container loads | Needs volume to be worth it |
This is a planning comparison, not a service promise or rate card. A usable quote states the date, route, cargo, Incoterm, tax treatment and whether delivery is port-to-port or door-to-door.
Freight scope
Freight support is accepted only after the cargo, suppliers, route and responsibilities have been reviewed for the individual request.
Not within standard scope: dangerous goods, unverified cargo or suppliers, personal effects, and any shipment that lacks the required documentation or route approval.

The appropriate mode depends on cargo restrictions, dimensions, destination, time sensitivity, Incoterm and current route availability. A freight quote should compare only modes that are available for the confirmed shipment.
Transit is an estimate that can change with carrier schedules, peak periods, inspections and customs. A quote should state the route, mode, date and whether it refers to port-to-port or door-to-door movement.
This is the intended path for buyers with existing suppliers. We first confirm the pickup, cargo, receiving and export scope in writing; sourcing service is not a prerequisite where the freight scope is accepted.
FBA preparation and delivery must be confirmed against the current Amazon requirements, product category and available route. Do not send labels or cargo until the handling scope is agreed.
Customs and tax responsibility depends on the Incoterm, importer of record, product and destination. DDP, DAP or DDU availability must be confirmed for the individual route; this page is not a customs or tax guarantee.
Share your product reference, target quantity and current stage. We use the details to clarify the supplier, sample, inspection and shipping support that may fit your request.
The service scope, fee basis and responsibilities are confirmed for the individual request before work begins.
