How it works
From a product brief to a documented sourcing plan
Provide the product, supplier or cargo information you have. The working response should identify what needs sourcing, sample, inspection or freight support before work begins.
- 1
Send a product brief
Share a product reference, specification, target quantity, destination and the support you need first. A sourcing request is not an order or payment authorization.
- 2
Clarify supplier questions
The product, category, requested supplier work, sample needs and constraints are reviewed before a supplier, sample or paid work scope is accepted.
- 3
Confirm samples and checkpoints
Sample, production follow-up and inspection needs are separated into customer approval points before a production or release decision is made.
- 4
Plan freight when cargo is ready
For confirmed suppliers and cargo, provide the pickup, cartons, dimensions, destination and route requirements needed for a freight review.
- 5
Approve the written scope
The work, fees, payee, exclusions, milestones and responsibility boundaries are agreed before payments, samples, inspections or bookings move forward.
Scope and fee transparency
Know what each part of the sourcing plan covers
Do not compare supplier options, sample work or freight offers until the product requirements, requested services, delivery terms, taxes and optional work are separated line by line.
When your cargo is ready, use the freight service and quote guide to prepare the shipment details, then compare sea, air and express options against the same confirmed cargo.

Sourcing, freight and fees FAQ
Questions to answer before approval
What happens after I send a sourcing request?
The product, target quantity, destination and requested support are reviewed to identify the next practical question or scope. The request does not promise supplier acceptance, pricing, samples or a purchase arrangement.
How are sourcing and related costs separated?
Product cost, sourcing support, samples, inspection, domestic handling, freight, taxes and destination charges are separate cost components where they apply. The written scope should show what is included, excluded and separately charged.
Can YunLink place orders or receive payment for me?
Payment, contract, supplier relationship and responsibility boundaries must be confirmed for the individual request. Do not assume YunLink is the buyer of record or authorized to receive funds unless the written agreement says so.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Any MOQ depends on the product, supplier, specification, customization and production arrangement. Confirm it for the individual request rather than relying on a generic threshold.
How fast will I get a response?
Response timing depends on the configured contact process and request completeness. The live business must publish a verifiable SLA before making a promise.
What products or cargo are excluded?
Product categories, batteries, liquids, powder, magnets, medical items, branded goods and other regulated or sensitive goods require screening and documentation before acceptance.
How do payments work?
Payment schedule, legal entity, payee, currency, refunds and supplier responsibilities must be reviewed in the written agreement. This page does not publish payment instructions.
Can I verify the business before committing?
The live version should publish a registered entity, verifiable address, responsible contact and evidence for any warehouse, factory, carrier or customs claims. Placeholder details are not proof.
