Factory audit scope
A factory-audit checklist can cover the documents, capacity indicators and conditions agreed for the visit. The final scope and location are confirmed before booking.
Quality inspection service
Share the product criteria, factory location and evidence you need. We define the sampling scope and report requirements before an inspection is booked.

What we coordinate
A factory-audit checklist can cover the documents, capacity indicators and conditions agreed for the visit. The final scope and location are confirmed before booking.
In-production checks can be scheduled when the order plan, product requirements and supplier access are confirmed.
Sampling and checks for workmanship, measurements, functions, labelling and packaging are defined against your approved requirements.
Report format, evidence requirements and delivery timing are agreed at booking; do not rely on a generic checklist for product-specific approval.
When a report identifies an issue, the customer and supplier decide the next step under their commercial agreement. Inspection does not replace supplier liability terms.
For apparel requests, the agreed checklist can cover stitching, fabric weight (GSM), shrinkage, print durability and other product-specific details.
Carton marks, inner packaging, care labels, barcodes and assortment counts can be checked against the approved packing brief before release.
Inspection evidence plan
A useful inspection is easier to review when the evidence requirements are agreed in advance. The checklist should connect the product specification to the decision you need to make.
The process
We turn your spec into a checklist: measurements, materials, functions, packaging, labelling and your acceptable defect levels.
The agreed sampling plan, critical checks and evidence format are applied to the product specification and factory access available.
The report records the agreed criteria and observations. The buyer and supplier remain responsible for commercial approval, rework and shipment decisions.
Inspection availability, fees, travel, report timing and any follow-up work are confirmed for the booking. This page does not guarantee a particular outcome.

Product-specific examples
A generic “pass” statement is not a substitute for product evidence. These are examples of points that can be defined in the request.
Measurements, fabric composition or GSM, stitching, seam appearance, shade consistency, print or embroidery, labels and folding.
Artwork version, logo placement, dimensions, materials, barcode or label details, unit packing and carton assortment.
Finished dimensions, set contents, fabric construction, colour, care labels, closures, packing method and carton count.

Inspection-only requests can be considered when the product, factory access, location and acceptance criteria are confirmed. Send the order details and factory contact so availability and booking scope can be reviewed.
The sampling plan and acceptance criteria must be agreed for your product. If AQL is requested, the level and defect classifications must be stated in the booking scope rather than assumed from this page.
You receive the agreed evidence. Rework, replacement, discount, hold or onward shipment remain commercial decisions between the buyer and supplier; any follow-up work must be confirmed in writing.
Availability depends on location, inspector capacity, supplier access and required scope. Booking timing is confirmed before the visit.
Send the product specification, factory or warehouse location, target inspection date, order quantity, packing details, acceptance criteria and the evidence format you need. Photos, measurement tables and approved samples help turn the request into a workable checklist.
Share your product reference, target quantity and current stage. We use the details to clarify the supplier, sample, inspection and shipping support that may fit your request.
The service scope, fee basis and responsibilities are confirmed for the individual request before work begins.
